At Freixa Home Design, we believe in enhancing spaces for better living, and that’s exactly what we did when we recently completed a calming and sensory room for a local junior high school. This project was particularly meaningful for us, as it gave us the opportunity to create a safe and calming space for students and educators to use for group counseling sessions, testing, and social emotional learning. The room features soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a variety of sensory tools designed to help students regulate their emotions and feel more comfortable in their surroundings. We are proud to have worked on this project and to have made a positive impact on the lives of the students and educators who use this space.
